It's free to join PS and become a member of our forums, but sadly it's not free for us to run.
In the old days we used to ask our members for donations, but now we've got another system!
You can help us greatly by using our affiliate links whenever you do some online shopping!
We'll recieve commission on whatever you order, and every penny will go towards our running costs.
Please use the links below whenever you can, thank you.
If you want to shop via the website homepage, use the basic tracking URL. If you'd like to make
a specific link to a product, please use the deep links (instructions below).
In case you are wondering how to use the deep links, it's very simple. Copy the URL
of the product you wish to track, then put it in front of the deep link. So, for example,
say you wanted to buy "Doctor Who: The Time Warrior" on DVD from HMV.com...
Original URL from the HMV website:
http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/displayProductDetails.do?ctx=280;-1;-1;-1&sku=667072
The deep link for HMV.com on PS is:
http://hmventertainment.at/planetskaro?DURL=
So put the original URL in front of our Deep Link and you get the fully affiliated URL:
http://hmventertainment.at/planetskaro?DURL=http://www.hmv.co.uk/hmvweb/
display/ProductDetails.do?ctx=280;-1;-1;-1&sku=667072
To affiliate an Amazon.co.uk order, link
manually by using the ASIN code by following these steps:
The basic affiliate link looks like this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/(ASINCODE)/planskar08-21
Note the planskar08-21 tag at the end. Each product on Amazon has an ASIN code, which appears
on the product page in the 'Product Details' section. So, for example, the code for the "Doctor Who:
The
Runaway Bride" DVD is B000N8UZOA - so to affiliate it, you'd add the code in the URL, like so:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000N8UZOA/planskar08-21
That's a fully affiliated link, now, and will definitely be tracked if you choose to order it.
