Have you got much planned for the Easter hols?
I've got a Lindt bunny to get my teeth into, a lovely meet up in Bracknell, plus I hope to finally have a Genesis Of The Dakeks DVD fest after having not watched it for at least 5 years.
Do you partake in Hot Cross Buns?
Oh yes, of course. I love hot Cross Buns- bread that's cake? What's not to love?
In fact what is the best Easter foodstuff?
I don't know if they still make them, but Galaxy Truffle eggs are glorious!
What's your favourite choccy egg?
Om nom nom, I don't know if I have a favourite but anything from Lindt, M&S, or (my god) imagine a Toblerone Easter Egg, or a Cadbury's Cream Egg the size of an Easter Egg... gahhhhhhh....
Do you have any idea what your calorie intake might be?
It fluctuates massively from day to day- some days no more than a couple of hundred calories, others nearer 2 thousand.
What's the most insane (sweet/fatty/saucy/stodgy etc) indulgence you've ever eaten?
There was a sundae on I had on holiday once that was so massive, so merciless that even I who loves a good pudding couldn't finish it. I have a feeling it was a banana split that seemed to feature an entire bunch of bananas, several types of ice cream, strawberrey sauce ladled on top and cream, lots and lots of cream.
Do you have a favourite pub?
Just a quiet weekend, really - housework and church seem to be the main part of the order of business!
What do you think was the best season of Torchwood?
Children of Earth. It's the only one I could actually finish.
What do you think was the best Season of SJA?
The first. Incredibly strong run of stories that set th benchmark for the series.
What would be a spin-off too far you?
Rose Tyler - Earff Defenda
Any egggs - citing plans for the bank holiday tomorrow ?
I believe I'm scheduled for some hours in my unofficial second job as Claudia's taxi-driver - she's meeting up with one of her friends in Bude sometime in the afternoon. Other than that, no, to be honest I think the best thing about Bank Holiday Mondays is the sense of smugness you get on the Sunday, knowing there's no work in the morning!!
Are you missing Upstairs Downstairs on Sunday nights?
Nope - never watched it, so not bothered!
Are you watching Julian Fellowes' Titanic?
Yes and really enjoying it.
What was the last TV programme you watched?
I'm re-watching my way through Torchwood when Whitney's at work, so... Torchwood!
What's your favourite restaurant for a very special treat?
Our local Curry House - without doubt, the best curry house I have ever been to. Their Sunday buffet is to die for.
When did you last break down in a vehicle ?
Being a non-driver it have to have been an occasion when someone else was driving me and the last such I can think of was about 10 years ago when my Dad was taking me somewhere which we didn't get to thanks to an unusually deep puddle on a main road flooding his old car's engine.
When was the last time you had a delayed train journey?
Not for a while actually. I mean, the trains home are late sometimes, and getting back from London at a weekend can be a bit torturous... but I haven't for a long while had a real, cripplingly bad, three hour, ok-the-train-isn't-actually-moving-at-all-and-I-think-I'm-going-to-be-here-some-time slog-a-thon. The last time was when I was with Ant Williams actually, which shows you how long it's been. He's been emigrated for a year or more. More, in fact, as he's been married a year and I'm sure he moved before then as I couldn't go to the wedding, although I'd have liked to have done and to have timed it with a trip to Dolly Parton's theme park. Anyway, it all started when I suggested we go to the pub. We had a few drinks and then the time was ticking on and I suggested we have more beer, which seemed like a good idea at the time. Oh, it always does doesn't it? But the irony was, if we'd not had more beer we'd probably have sailed home on that first train. But we had drinks and by the time we got our train, some sod had nicked some cabling at Cheshunt or somewhere like that, it may even have been Golders Green. Yes, that's right! And anyway, the cabling was stolen and the train ground to a halt and that was that. It was three hours before it got a move on! I can't honestly remember what I'd planned for dinner that day. I'm sure if it had been something elaborate it would have stuck in my mind. I'd probably schemed fish and chips, though if it was today I'd have some pork steaks and a simple cheese sauce in mind, which shows you how things change. I guess it wasn't my fault but I still remember feeling quite responsible, like why would Ant come and visit me again if he got stuck on a train for three hours? Not that he will anyway, being in a different part of the world. But if he did, I doubt the cheese sauce would be enough to tempt him away from this kind of motionless hell aboard the Cambridge Sick-Wagon. All we had was a set of headphones and probably we'd done all our conversing in the pub, but you know I really didn't mind too much and I remember thinking, well isn't this funny, maybe the last time I'll get to see him and I get to, well, spend this quality time with him, nothing to do but talk and listen to music for a few hours, like busy life had been frozen in amber. And at the end of the day I still remember that train journey and, silly though I am, I'm still grateful that I got that little bubble of unexpected time with my friend before he left for maybe forever.

Red.
Do you think Si Hunt's answer to the previous question is worthy of a round of applause?
I should say! :clap
What colour are the skies where you are currently?
They're flying the grey, white and blue over Victoria.

2000, when he and his now-missus went off to NZ for nine months to get married.
Do you think Mr. Hunt's been on the angry pills again after his last answer? or is it just cause to go on about when aren't there delays on the Central line?
With the greatest possible respect I think you might have missed the point Stuart ;)
