Worshipping at the altar of the great glass God!
Sort of a combination of the old 'What Did You Watch Last Night' & 'What's on TV Tonight' & related threads.
In other words, What are you watching at the moment? What did you last night/this week? What's on your big glass screen tonight?
I'm currently doing the final season of The Twilight Zone, which the 'main' one. After which i'll be making a start on Dr.Who's Patrick Troughton era.
Secondary viewing is 'Angel', currently on Season 3, doing an ep a day.
Marked in the TV Guide to record is 'Torchwood', & casual viewing: Coronation Street, & some of the BBC4 Sci-Fi stuff.
I think that covers everything for now.Last edited by Wayne; 24th Nov 2006 at 1:57 AM.

Tonight I need to catch the Torchwood repeat as I missed it at the weekend (& wednesday). Not looking forward to it from the trailer!
Last night I finished S3 of 'I Didn't Know You Cared', may start on S4 tonight, as well as trying to squeeze in an episode of New Avengers and Hanc0ck Vol.4 which arrived in the post this morning.
P.S. Don't like the swearing filter on this new board!
Edited to add: I've also got a bit of the BBC Four sci-fi stuff to watch (episode of Doomwatch, part 2 of 'The Martians & Us' and the Nigel Kneale Timeshift, although I've seen that before.)Last edited by Perry Vale; 24th Nov 2006 at 9:19 AM.

Jonno gave me a couple of his old 'Steptoe & Son' vids last, & i snuck a couple of eps in this afternoon.
Didn't think much of the old B/W ep: 'The Bath', but i liked 'Porn Yesterday', where they find an old 'What the Butler Saw' machine that's got a film featuring Albert in it.

Religion eh? It comes in all shapes & sizes.
I'm not sure I'll see much TV tonight, I might see A Question of Sport & an episode of the Simpsons but that'll be about it.

I read an article about this a few weeks ago- about how TV Licensing usually start to crack down on student households without licences about this time of year, but because you can buy/rent/download stuff on DVD these days and so many students have laptops with a DVD drive anyway, the licensing people are getting stuffed because an increasing number don't have televisions or need them.

Good for the students, i say! Stuff the tv license people any way you can i say. My mate doesn't have a telly, but he has a tv card in his pc that's attached to a portable tv arial in his attic. He records stuff straight to his drive, & he gets a better picture than i do!

I've been watching Teachers on DVD. I never watched it when it was on but seeing the whole run over the past couple of weeks has been good stuff. Even though the cute staff member left at the end of series two.
And QI remains the best show on TV.Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?
If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...

Glad to see Wayne's been enjoying most of the Steptoes from the sound of it! The water bed one is indeed a classic, and although you don't seem to have enjoyed it much, I love the scenes in The Bath where Albert drops the pickled onions in his tub and then puts them all back in the jar again!
I've spent the last week catching up with stuff I didn't see from the Thursday to the Sunday that consisted of my very long Meet weekend - plenty of Lost, Avengers, Star Trek TOS and TNG, Robin Hood, Coast, Planet Earth... Fortunately all bar the Trek get either repeats later in the week or are on my new NTL VOD service. Haven't had time to watch any of my various DVDs though...

I've been watching 'The Catherine Tate Show' (featuring The Tate) and 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks' (featuring The Barrowman), after which I'll be enjoying 'Torchwood' (again featuring The Barrowman), and then rounding off the evening with The Who (not featuring The Doctor) live on BBC One at 10.55.
