The Doctor Who A-Z relay
We did this at our Bracknell meet tonight, and said we'd try it as a relay thread.
Working through the alphabet, take the next letter and use a Dr Who related monster/character/anything.
A is for Auton
Life in plastic, it's fantastic?

(Hope you don't mind Si, but I've editted your post to brings us the Wanda Fendahl pic in all its glory - for some reason the original was coming up as one of those wretched red crosses, so I've substituted the closest match I could find (in a Restoration Team kind of way).)
Edited to Add: Although bizarrely it's now showing up on Whitecrow's quotation of the original?
