PDA Cover Competition Group 17

We move onto Group 17 and three new choices.

Colony of Lies has a pretty good cover, with an interesting background to it. Corpse Marker is a dull three figure placement cover and Synthespians doesn't look quite right.

I'm with you on this one, Paul. Colony Of Lies is a lovely cover, not just because Troughton's there, but the design and colours work well.

Synthespians was apparently a rushed replacement for another cover that had to be withdrawn due to copyright issues, and it's not that good. Corpse Marker is good enough to win in any other round, but not here.

The Colony of Lies one is nice, but there seems to be a big space opposite Troughton that could have done with filling. A TARDIS or something would do me, it just looks too empty. Agreed, Synthespians isn't very good, so I'm going for what's effectively another cover for Robots of Death, but is still rather pretty all the same.

I'm afraid I think the 'Colony Of Lies' cover is a bit dull, while the 'Synthespians(TM)' one has a great concept, but is not very well realised. However, the cover for 'Corpse Marker' is rather gorgeous, so that gets my vote.

Dave Tudor talsk a lot of sense. He said what I'd have said! I liked the original Synthespians cover with the Auton Dynasty cover better.
