After watching 'The Cult of Blake's 7', i got drawn into the BBC4 docu about Edward Vlll's abdication which proved to be really interesting. There was a lot background & political manouvering involved than i'd realized.

Only Fools and Horses - Sleepless In Peckham

The first time I'd properly seen it (I feel asleep during its original transmission in 2003). Funny in places, but ultimately disappointing. They should've left it alone in 1996...

Watched Billie Piper in her sexy specs on The New Paul O'Grady Show. She should've worn a bra.

Just watched it. I actually remembered to record it.
Rigg looked w*anktastic, but apart from that, it was quite a boring episode.

I've watched Knights of God again after many a year, well some of it anyway, and was impressed by how much better it was than I'd even remembered.

It's been Harry Hill series 2 today while I've been off work and the 1998 Christmas Sleigh Ride of Laughter.

    Very, very funny!

The Frankenstein/Bride of Frankenstein DVD I bought in last year's HMV Post-Christmas Sale is still sealed (Jaws and Scum Special Editions as well)!! Thanks for the reminder, Wayne.

I find the first 5 minutes one of the most entertaing bits as Albert makes breakfast in his own inimitable style...

I've been watching Highlander The Series, one of my Christmas Dvd's. I've watched the first two episodes of Season 1, and hopefully will watch another episode tomorrow.

I'm sure it will be fun, but i'm only watching it 'coz Carolyn Seymour from 'Survivors' appears as a stripper.

Albert making the sandwich is the start of the second film though, isn't it? We only watched it some 6 weeks ago!

I've been watching Baddiel and Skinner's Fantasy World Cup from 1998 - as a result I've ordered 'Indoor League' on DVD... I can't believe Network have actually released it! But I'm thankful too, cause it looks like TV Gold.

It's not a particularly funny film is it?
Worth it for the lovely Carolyn Symour though.

The funniest film Harry H Corbett did was Carry On Screaming - his Sargeant Bung character was a classic

As for this movie - it has it's moments but I think your assessment is probably correct on both counts

ITV3 are having a Tales of the Unexpected marathon today from 12-8pm. Looks like they're repeating eighteen of the fifty plus episodes they've been showing since July. Worth a look if there's nothing else on.

Royal Jelly is in there somewhere.

I've been really enjoying Danger: UXB the last couple of days. I picked it up cheaply in the Borders sale the other day and it's a great series- featuring the rarest of things: A great performance from Debbie Watling as Naughty Norma!
