Default Planet Skaro mentioned in Tachyon TV podcast

I've been listening to the pilot podcast from Tachyon TV this evening, and was surprised to see our cosy little forum was mentioned...

"The Roobarbs DVD Forum has got a Dr Who section, it's quite popular now, I think... it was described recently by someone on another forum as being better than Outpost Gallifrey, but not nearly as good as Planet Skaro..."

I always take the opportunity to give PS a sly plug on the RT Forum.

I'd be interested to know what the reply to the question was?

A podcast is, I think, a sort of radio show which you download as an MP3 file or direct to your iPod.

As part of their podcast they have a section about things they find on forums - most of it was, predictably, about Ian Levine's legacy.

And what a terrifying poddy that must have been. Or a hilarious one, depending on the tone...

At least these people have some taste!

Do many people listen to Tachyon TV? Is it one of these 'popular' websites? I don't even know!
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

As the list of threads shown to me for Outpost Gallifrey include,
    • "Who likes a good hand job"
    • "Sexual compulsion"
    • "Why the penis is so great"
      and of course
    • "Obsessed with Sex..."

Surely PS is doing a little better than OG at the moment ...

Some stuff of mine occasionally turns up in the podcast commentaries as I am drinking mates with the team.

I was invited to be on the Torchwood Cyberwoman commentary, but I didn't fancy sitting in a caravan in a field just outside of Hartlepool - that and I couldn't think of anything to say!
