A Question of Polls

Hi guys, I thought I'd ask about our old friends the polls. Are we able to do them and if so how? I'd like to do the PDA Cover Competition before finishing off with a Big Finish cover competition.

Er.. when you start a New Thread, there should be a little tick box somewhere below where you type in the text. You can have up to ten options, apparently!

I'm confused about Polls.
I was going to start a poll thread, & i've ticked the little box, & selected my number of options, but i still don't see where you can type the names of your options.
How does it work? Do you have to post the thread first, & fill in the poll information afterwards or something? I've tried putting the post into preview mode, but i still don't see any poll stuff.
I am clearly a bit thick, & need a clever person to explain to me what i'm doing!

You post the thread first and then you're taken to a second screen to sort the poll options out Wayne.

Scratch that! I've just had a poke around & I found it...


...and the tick box! Not that I'll ever use it but it's there if ever I need it.

I never use those drop down menus, they're all closed.

Tim's had a poke around and found the box. I can't help feeling there's a sarcastic reply I should be making to that...
