I haven't used Zavvi yet, but this seems like a good place to start.

I've ordered, though Zavvi's ordering system is not even sophisticated enough to differentiate between a pre-order and an out-of-stock.

It's ironic really, in three months it'll be £8 everywhere, with four hundred of the unwanted buggers stacked up in WHSmiths.

Wowzers! I pre-ordered mine at HMV for £12.99 and used a £2 off voucher. Just seen they've put it up to £22.99, so I hope they don't cancel it! Crossed winkies and everything.

With my birthday in June, I shall be very torn between the bargaintastic Bred for War set, or this. I've a feeling that I've NEVER seen part 2 of The Invisible Enemy, and I haven't seen the other episodes since 1977 (or 1978 if it was repeated the following Summer, which I have a feeling it might have been). So it may (allegedly) be a bit rubbish, but it'll be all but brand-new Williams-era Baker for me. Fantastic!

Do we have a cover yet?

I can't wait for this, but I'm shopping around for a bargain before pre-ordering.

Blah! DVD are currently cheapest at £13.29. The cheapest affiliated retailer is Amazon.co.uk who are asking £13.98. I don't think you'll get it cheaper than £12 before the release date.

£13.29, I've never understood why retailers have the odd prices in terms pf the pence ..

Sounds good to me! Glad to see Linda Polan is on the K9 and Co commentary!

I see there's more CGI this time round- are they replacing all of season 15 then

The "K9 & Company" commentary promises to be a thing of dreams. Shame they didn't get Ian Sears (? Brendan) back.

It would be amusing if they got Irvine and Scoones back to ramble on about their great model work, then replaced it all with CGI on the actual disk.

That was a missed oppotunity. Did you know Si that Linda Polan was Mrs Ploppy in the Blackadder II episode Head? I only just found out!

Studio Sweepings (dur. 20' 31") is a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes on the recording of this story, courtesy of a timecoded Shibaden videotape recorded for production use.
    Well, not *that* rare.....

"Dreams and Fantasy" is an odd name for a documentary on "The Invisible Enemy". Surely they should have gone for some "invisible" related pun?

The 35mm title sequence negs still exist for 'K9 and Company' and were retransferred on the Spirit telecine for optimum quality.

Maybe they should have just had a blank space where the title would have been?

Good to see the BP with K9 and Shep in it - I know I've seen the odd bit of that before. Plus the PMatOne from Xmas 81, which I'm fairly sure I saw and remember it whetting my appetite for the story. Complete with all the continuity/trails, the contemporary stuff tends to be my favourite extras these days.

Aww... but this one's got K-9 on it Larry! K-9!
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!
