    Default www.timelash.com

What is www.timelash.com and why do I keep getting a dialogue box asking me to enter a username and password everytime I go to a new page here?

Is it something to do with the "You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied" error that I am getting at the bottom of this page too?

Strange, it seems to work OK for me.

The TARDIS library is very useful though!

It stopped doing it about 4 minutes ago. Ant was on so I reckon he fixed it. The fact that he didn't mention it suggests he was the one who broke it too

I'm glad it was happening to others, I thought it was just my computer.

So was you guys all getting popups just browsing PS? It's probably something to do with the banner at the bottom. Which has now vanished!

It's a problem with the banners at the bottom of each page - they're hosted at Timelash.com (topical I think you'll agree) and the site seems to be having database issues.
Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?

If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...

Yeah, but it didn't have as exciting a title. I'll merge it in a second!

It was a dialogue box asking for a username and password to connect to www.timelash.com on every page click.

There was the "unauthorised to view" error on the bottom of the page which I guess could have been a banner but I couldn't see it because I wasn't authorised to view.

The Tardis Library link didn't work for me either.

It popped up every time I viewed a page or posted. Every refresh made it turn up but it's now gone, thankfully.

It's the banners at the bottom. Firefox users can us AdBlock to remove them and stop the login box appearing. This will happen on any site which is part of the Timelash webring.

Can't an admin trim off the html (or whatever) at the bottom of the page, where the banner exchange links in, until it is sorted out?
