    Not another one!

    The only film of his I own on DVD is "Blow up", which is a great film. He was a real talent. RIP.

    This is a really crappy week for European cinema. I bet Richard Attenborough's looking around nervously a lot right now.

    Bertollucci's probably very worried, too.

    Seriously, although I must admit that I thought he was already dead, this is sad - 'Blow-Up' is a great - if very weird - film, which is so quintessentially sixties, it hurts. Also, although I've still never seen it in its entirety, 'Zabriskie Point' is another trippy masterpiece, which is very much of its time.
