OK... where's: Lupton, Stahlman, Hepesh, Lynx, Irongron, Carrington, The Controller, Guy With 'Tache From Mind of Evil, Kane, The Wire, The Terrible Zodin, Borusa, Mawdryn, Stevens, Harrison Chase... etc. They're all more iconic than Gavrok!

B.O.S.S is preferable to Stevens, and I had him in an earlier version, but it was never meant to be comprehensive. I avoided forgettable human villains like Carrington, Lynx was really included in "Last Monster Standing" under the Sontarans, I'm not including Zodin as she was never actually in the series, Kane was an unfortunate ommission, I always hated Hepesh and Lupton as a failed insurance salesman doesn't quite cut it amongst the big boys. The Wire was more of a monster. Stahlman was in an earlier version but I didn't want to make it too long. I'd say Gavrok is one of the most memorable villains of the McCoy era. If Guy With 'Tache was going to be in there, it would have been as Ranquin of Delta Magna and the list was already top-heavy with Tom villains. Mawdryn was just a spaghetti head.
