    Here's another one......

Doctor Who star, David Tennant (36), has landed another Time-travelling role, as the new Doctor Who, the Daily Stun can reveal. The actor - who played a Time-travelling alien in the hit sci-fi show Doctor Who - will take over as the Timelord from himself.

Last night a BBC source revealed: "David is absolutely over the moon. He's been a massive Doctor Who fan since the age of six, and he can't believe he's going to get to fly the Tardis at work. David is a superb actor, and will follow brilliantly in the footsteps of David Tennant, and David Tennant."

Tennant, 36, will quit the show next year, leaving Tennant, 36, to take over as the 10th Doctor.

BBC bosses moved swiftly to sign David, who became a huge star as The Doctor, in the hit BBC One show. And he's no stranger to Doctor Who fans, earlier this year he played the Doctor.

Now BBC bosses are scouting for his new female partner in time.....

    I prefer this one:

    Singer to become Lily Alien

Do you see what they've done there?

Looks like BBC bosses have already found his new female partner in time.....

Look, as long as Cameron Diaz can be convinced that I'm a major sex symbol... (And if anyone can believe that about Tom Cruise...)

I hope the rumours about RHYS IFANS aren't true - it would rape my childhood to have a Welsh Doctor, I'd have to stop watching. It's bad enough as it is with Cardiff doubling for London on a daily basis.

Rhys Ifans could be good but I reckon he'd be a nightmare to work with.

I'm not even in bed yet, but think I'm already having a weird dream:

    Daily Star Guff

It backs up this load of spurt from yesterday's Express, doesn't it?

    DOCTOR WHO’S HOLLYWOOD SNUB

Might as well throw in this story about Tennant's new lady as well (probably not guff, but still contains some scary tabloid stuff!! ):

I like the way that last story romantically links DT to everyone except me and Neil Tennant's gran!

I loved the comments in the Express bit especially Brian Butterfield alike I AM NOT SURPRISED.

"Christoper Eccleson made a quick exit from Dr Who, he only done one series. I think it is time to put the programme to rest. The younger viewers must wonder about the police box (Tardis), they have never seen one. "
Quick cancel the series straight away!

Well at least if he's dating one of the production staff and thinking of settling down, he might stay in the role a little longer ...

I lover the way they asked "Do you know Bethan Britton" - ie "dish the dirt" and "we're going to stalk her like mad", if I read between the lines correctly. I think Bethans private life's about to go a bit more public ...

Only tabloids could run stories of "vile foreign photographers caused Princess Di death" together with "exclusive pictures of Wills and Kate's get together, we stalk them so you don't have to".

It's a well-known fact that nobody on the series spoke to eachother at any time. Katy Manning had a nasty incident with Barry Letts and a pound of Gouda cheese; William Hartnell wouldn't speak to Peter Purves because he was that biased against people who were still breathing; and Sylvester McCoy was simply unable to speak, and had to be dubbed by the Daganham Girl Pipers (no relation). It never affected the quality of the series (except on the occasion when Robert Holmes refused to admit whether or not The Space Pirates was any good). I should completely ignore this unadulterated truthfulness if I were you.

Can they top it before the end of 2007?
