Those constant Serena Williams upskirt shots have raped my "pervin on the panties at Wimbledon" lovin' childhood!
I'm also shocked that a few women in the top twenty seem to have little beer guts!?

Looks like we could be heading for another two predictable finals.
Dave Tudor will be gutted that Ivanovic is out!

Why are the best-looking players often a bit crap?
Mind you, I wouldn't kick Bartoli out of bed for serving a double fault.
(I'm awful, aren't I? )
Seriously, she appears to be giving Venus Williams a game of it this afternoon, and seems to be a good sport, too, so even if she loses, she'll have made herself a lot of fans out there.

Shame she lost 6-4, 6-1, Dave. And she started so well.

That should be worth watching:
Meanwhile, things are quite close in the Men's Final. Not got anything in particular against Federer, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Nadal can produce an upset.

Well it looks like we're on opposing sides then Dave. I don't know what it is but I don't like Nadal.

It seems you're on the winning side, too, Tim.
A really good final, and that's five Wimbledons in a row for Rog.

Well done Jamie Murray - who'd have thought he'd win a Grand Slam, let alone Wimbledon, before his brother?!
Wade in 77, Bates & Durie in 87 and Murray in 07 - who will it be in 2017?!

The end of an era?
Henman set to confirm retirement
Tim Henman is expected to confirm he is calling time on his career at a news conference in New York on Thursday. The British number two and former world number four is currently preparing for the US Open, which begins next week.
Henman, whose wife is expecting their third child, has won just three matches on the ATP tour this season and is struggling with a back problem. His injury forced him to pull out of this week's New Haven warm-up event ahead of the final Grand Slam of the year at Flushing Meadows. BBC tennis correspondent Jonathan Overend told BBC Radio 5live Drive: "His ongoing back complaint has hastened this decision - not unexpected, it has to be said."
Henman voiced his frustrations on his website, saying: "I still really enjoy practising and training and also playing matches. It's just that my body has struggled to cope with what I've been asking it to do in the past couple of years."
The world number 92, who is set to drop out of the top 100 in the next few weeks, has not entered any tournaments beyond the Davis Cup. Henman added: "Having a family has certainly changed the way I look at the world and also to a certain extent my priorities in life, but I would not go so far as to say that it has diminished my hunger for the game. I'm not fully fit, so my focus at the moment is to try to get my back sorted out and then to take it from there."

At least he's trying to go out with a bang:

He's just knocked Tursunov (27th seed) out of the US Open!

I'd love to see Henman go out of Tennis with a bang, and I hope he can get past his second round match against the qualifier to face Nadal in the third round.

Sadly, Henman's singles career was ended by Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in a 7-6 2-6 7-5 6-4 defeat. He will play his last tennis in Britain's Davis Cup tie against Croatia later in the month.
Good to see Jamie Murray (who seems to be outshining his more famous brother Andy these days) making good prgress in the mixed doubles again, reaching the semi-finals with his partner, Liezel Huber. What I can't understand (and what I'm rather disappointed by), though, is why is he not partnered with 'Leggy' Jelena Jankovic this time round?
