Stop the Cocks! The least popular member of Hanson has collapsed!

The oldest member of sibling boyband Hanson was rushed into hospital on Tuesday night after suffering from bad chest pains following a concert.

Isaac Hanson was rushed into the Baylor University Medical Centre in Dallas and doctors carried out a number of tests before he was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism - the blockage of an artery which could prevent blood from going to his lungs.

The 26-year-old and his two brothers Taylor and Zac have cancelled a show in Tulsa while Isaac recovers.

The group's spokesperson, Ken Phillips, said: "He underwent several tests throughout the night and has been diagnosed with pulmonary embolism. Isaac is currently undergoing treatment and will be re-evaluated shortly by doctors."

Hanson guitarist has lung surgery

A member of US pop band Hanson has had surgery to remove a blood clot from his lungs after being diagnosed with a potentially fatal condition. Isaac Hanson developed Paget-Schroetter Syndrome, which occurs as a result of such clots, the group's spokesman said. Hanson's surgeon said he expected the 26-year-old guitarist to make a full and speedy recovery.

They are expected to resume their tour in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Monday. Their spokesman said their guitarist may be out of hospital by Friday. He was taken to Baylor University Medical Centre in Dallas on Tuesday after suffering chest and shoulder pain after a concert at the city's House of Blues.

The odd thing is, with all that crap there's not one unreleased track! Apart from the ten on the actual album, that is. Rarities is what we want! I'm not even that keen to hear them bang out the album live after a hard days video shooting, to be honest. So I think I'll get it from Amazon for £7.

Little bit too old school/50s rock and roll for my liking and there's a ruddy sax on it, but it's quite refreshing and catchy as ever, and bodes well for the eighth album.
