    Default Celebrating The Little People

Doctor Who's full of big names, the Doctors, the companions, the big guest stars, but what about the little people? The stuntmen, the jobbing bit-part actors, the behind-the-scenes staff... tell us about your favourite unsung Who heroes, why you like them and think they should be remembered.

I'd like to mention Terry Scully - better known to most of you as Fewsham in The Seeds of Death. He gave a terrificly tragic performance in that one, very believable and extremely memorable. Shame he never did another Who.

I'd nominate Stuart Fell. I think he did a great deal for the show and his enthusiasm for playing the monsters that no-one else could handle and for doing the stunts for so many years make him a bit of a hero. I love his enthusiasm for talking about his contributions in various magazines and DVDs etc- he seems like such a nice man.
Also Stuart Fell is such a brilliant name for a stuntman!

I'd like to put forward another name - Geoffery Burgon. He only contributed to Doctor Who twice, providing incidental music for the stories Terror Of The Zygons and The Seeds Of Doom, two of the most memorable and beautiful soundtracks the show ever had. The fact they've been released on CD is testament of his talent, and their appeal to the fans.
