    A (very) late vote for The Crusaders, which I think is a cracking cover. I remember being intrigued by this one as a youngster as it was the only historical story novelised for many years - was The Aztecs next in 1984? For me, Who was all about monsters and sci-fi and those early years were a mystery, so the idea of the Doctor meeting Richard the Lionheart and so on was quite fascinating.
