Default What would Hartnell call the other Doctors?

    Silly thread alert!

If Jon & Pat were the 'Dandy' & the 'Clown', what would he call the others?

    Excellent idea for a thread.

Surely he'd call Colin the Jester.

As for Chris E, can anyone improove on the comment "U boat captain?".

He'd call McGann the sixty minute wonder.

In the comic strip 'Land of The Dead' (I think...) Hartnell called the seventh Doctor 'Pipsqueak', which is pretty much spot on!

Imagine if Hartnell had been able to star alongside one or more of the other Doctors. What would he have actually said to them??

Troughton: "Oh dear, dear, me. I never got anywhere by acting like a clown, sir, and I hardly see how it benefits your good self, hmmmm....What an infernally unpleasing change you are, eh? Still, we can still make something of you yet, my scruffy replacement. Hoho, yes we can...hehehehe""

Pertwee: "That's all very well, my dear fellow, but it'll take more than some fancy clothes and a sonic intrument to defeat this menace, Hmm?? heehee, oh do excuse my laughter, but what a silly peacock you are! Oh dear...hehehehe. How amusing you look! Now look here, there's no point in getting cross and difficult with me after I've shown you the error of your days, eh...hmmm"

Tom: "Are we really the same man, hmmm? Answer me you Cheshire mat! No young man, I do not want your silly confectionary! I want some good old fashioned common sense applying to the situation! I rather fear for your sanity, my good fellow! And as for that ridiculous dog contraption...oh dear, dear, dear..."

Davison: "Now then, my young man, we'll get on just splendidly if you just take my device. My advice, hmmm? Oh do say something, young man! Standing there with your arms behind your back while I do all the work! I'm not as bold...old as I used to be.... Young as I was...that's quite it. Dear me!"

Baker: "Oh calm yourself, my good man. Your outbursts are as distracting and as unwelcome as your ridiculous clothes! Did you get dressed in the dark, hmm? Oh my word...heeheehee. I'm so sorry young man, the more at look at you the more I feel amused."

McCoy: "Secrets my boy? You don't scare me with your mumblings. I know very well who I am, and I don't need you confusing the issue from down there, eh, hmmm..."

McGann: "Well then, young man...a little bit excitable I expect, but I do say I think you and I might just get on perfectly reasonably. Smart attire and good manners go a long way, hmmm. However, ehhhh, not entirely happy with what you've done to the ship though, eh, what...hm, yes."

Eccleston: "Listen to me, young man! I suppose you think it's very big and clever waltzing in there like a one man sarnie...army... with a large gun, hmmm?? Well, let me tell you differently. What makes that Miss Tyler anymore important than Miss Wright or little Vicki is quite behind me. Beyond me it is, yes. "

Tennant: "Have you quite finished, dear sir?! Oh my, oh my...must mop my brow. What an infernal noise you're making! We could have got from point A to B and back in all the time you've been puffing your chest out and telling us how important you are at ten to the dozen, hmmm. Not quite understanding my point are you, ehhh? Still...at least now we've got your life history out of the way we can get on with the job at hand, ehh? "

But what would he say to Richard Hurndall?

"Bugger me, so there are two of me now!"
