No RUSH!!! REPEAT NO RUSH!!!!
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, I was thinking to myself, "Ya know, David Anders (Stark in Alias) would make a pretty good Doctor" He could play a very sort of 1920's, gentleman Doctor (Much like what that guy who the Doctor saw the Macra with in Gridlock. Anders' Doctor could wear what he wore.)
How about you? You see any actors who would make a good Doctor? And what type of Doctor would they be like?
*Again, I'm not rushing Tennant or making a thread of speculating who the 11th Doctor would be. I'm just asking, if YOU could pick a next Doctor for yourself, who would they be and what would they be like? Like eccleston said, "Your Choice"
By the way, anyone else feelin' my Anders vote?Last edited by FlyingBeastie; 5th Dec 2007 at 10:19 PM.

Hmmm - I would edit that post since it's spoiling season 2 of Heroes!
Given that most of the posters here are in the UK, and watching at a UK pace (IIRC they've only just finished Season 1), that post gives away that Kensei will become Adam Munroe since they're both played by the same guy...Your people? Your people??? They are MY people now!

Okidokes. I put up the character he played in Alias instead.

Or failing that, the Second PS Doctor.

Nah, too smart for me, I'd prefer something like the Fourth Doctor's clothing

I've been starting to think that Sam Troughton (from Robin Hood) might actually make a good Doctor.

Nah, Harry Lloyd from Robin Hood for me!

Hahaha, Harry Lloyd, eh, I dunno. He's too hot for me to make a reasonable judgment of whether or not he'd make a good Doctor. Sam Troughton would be awesome though. He's the only Troughton to resemble the great olde' Patrick Troughton.
My other pick for the Doctor:

Sean Pertwee!!! For various reasons, presumably all obvious.

Oh yes! i was just thinking, he looks so much like Jon, maybe he could play the 3rd Doctor.

He does have the resemblence, but at the same time I think he'd be good as a very different kind of Doctor. Kind of like Eccleston(e) only better.

Anyone except the Murphy's Law bloke. James Nesbitt I think I heard was rumored, but I don't see Doctor in him.

Rumoured and flatly denied by the man himself.
