Whoa, What???

I'm always looking at the Beebs Doctor Who website (mainly to check up on episodes from the classic series and whatnot, snag a few Wallpapers here n' there) and it gives me no trouble.

YET

I just went on the Beebs Torchwood site and it said:

"You cannot view this page if you live outside of the UK for breach of rights purposes" (sp?)

That was the message it basically gave me.

So what gives??? Why can I see Who's webpage and not Torchwood's?? It doesn't make any stitch of sense to me.
