I'm rating for adult-ness because that's what the producers bang on about Torchwood being, despite the sometime puerile nature of the show (last series.)

So far, the second series is mostly living up to it's potential.

Weakest episode thus far for me. While the whole Rhys factor was interesting and I felt bad for the whale, it was all kinda lukewarmly executed.

The season so far hasn't hit any major lows in my opinion. It's fairing better than Who's 2nd series thus far IMO

It's funny, my mum prefers Torchwood over Doctor Who.

She prefers Torchwood cos' it's more drama-based while Who is a bit too "fantastical" for her tastes.

My dad's the same, he watches Torchwood week in week out, but hasn't got time for Doctor Who. He says he prefers it because it's more adult, that Dr Who is more for kids.
