That was bleak. Very atmospheric and a really chilling look at death. Poor Owen. The "dead, but not dead" concept could have been cliche, but Burn Gorman had me completely sold on the idea.

Moving and thought-provoking. Jack's motivations for keeping the whole thing secret didn't really ring true though.

Fragments - hhmmmm...

Actual "framing" story was poor - 6.5/10
Jack's story - interesting and fun - 7/10
Tosh's story - wonderful performance by the actress who plays Tosh 9/10
Ianto's story - Amusing, even if it did have the pterodactyl in it. 7/10
Owen's story - touching and enlightening 8/10

The "surprise" ending was a bit meh.

Overall, a good 8.5/10

I don't think they've ever released one. Certainly not for the first series, so I have doubts about the appearance of one for the second.

Does Owen (and the others) have a theme, a la Who?

I presume you mean the riff that plays every time Owen goes near stairs (Dead Man Walking and A Day in the Death)

Yep, and when he fights "Death". That's pretty much his theme. I think its beautiful and yet again, Murray Gold outdid himself! I hope they release a soundtrack cos' that theme is just amazing.
