Hope you didn't think I was accusing you of being spoiler-ish, Jamesie, but rather Radio Times for putting what is possibly a big plot detail right on the cover.

I think it looks great, and very scary!
Surprised to see so many people rubbishing it already.

We like the way that you can vote Freema's performance in "Gridlock" as "rubbish" on freemaagyman.com.

    That cover is awesome!

I don't mind the cover picture as it doesn't tell me any specific plot elements, really - it gives away one facet of the story, but not all the twists and turns, so I'm happy with that. I am however intrigued to find out how this will mesh with the Daleks' usually stringent views on racial purity.

i'm not going to look at the cover just yet but it might be difficult to avoid it as we buy the Radio Times every week.

I agree and think that's true of the Radio Times in general. I was wary of the episode guide the other week but that didn't really give much away and made it all more exciting.

I'm not going to read the feature just yet, as I found, just scanning rhough it, and reading some of the captions, I learned more about the nature of the creature than I wanted to know. However, I don't think I've been spoiled too much.

What's more exciting, though, is that my little bruv is in the letters page, praising the last episode of 'Life On Mars'! Woo-hoo!

I did wonder if he was any relation or not Dave, especially considering the location...

    Si xx

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Well, not always - last year their feature on The Girl in the Fireplace so convinced Steven Moffat that they'd ruined the ending for everyone he posted a warning thread on OG begging people not to read the magazine until after they'd seen the episode.

Don't think I want to see the cliffhanger after reading reviews from folk who have seen it. It sounds like the WORST CLIFFHANGER EVER!

Ah, but I suppose the question is, how would you know it's the cliffhanger, until you're actually watching the cliffhanger?

David Gest, I think he meant. Can you believe he's planning to marry Malandra Burrows? It's a mad mad world.

    This from Radio Times:

"I just thought, what a brilliant cover idea!" revealed Russell. "It's hard to talk about it too much, because it [the hybrid] isn't revealed until the end of the episode, and we don't want to give away too much. But we love a Radio Times cover - how could we not?"

Good point - perhaps ironically, I only looked at the cover, rather than reading all the stuff inside!!

Irony filters working well this week, Pip... Seriously, has Malandra never heard of Liza Minelli? What's she letting herself in for?!
