It really doesn't matter, and yet... yet it always niggled at me that they used a 'Three Doctors Hartnell' on the cover of the Target version of The Savages. Because, as you say Dave, he looks so totally unlike himself.

You'll not get all twelve anyway. I have it on good authority that Ian Levine is sitting on all the Troughtons.

Poor David - I wouldn't wish having Ian using you as a sofa on anybody!

Would't know - were you posing as an unconvincing Sea Devil in the early '70s?

I'm inclined to agree. At least they've used contemporary pictures!

I had a choice of the first four - I would have gone for Tom if it was a contemporary image so decided on Troughton as I also liked the line up of adversaries. I'm not buying any more than one and at least you can see all the others clearly inside.

I picked up 8 in my local Sainsbury's, scoured a couple of local newsagents and ASDA but I'm still missing the middle four, 5,6,7,8

Persevere - they are all out there. I got 11 and 12 at my old childhood newsagent last night to complete my set. Wifey has mocked me on the Facebook but now I'm the proud owner of a potentially worthless pile of magazines. Go fanhood.
Dennis, Francois, Melba and Smasher are competing to see who can wine and dine Lola Whitecastle and win the contract to write her memoirs. Can Dennis learn how to be charming? Can Francois concentrate on anything else when food is on the table? Will Smasher keep his temper under control?

If only the 28th century didn't keep popping up to get in Dennis's way...

    From the RT site. http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2014-...sts-are-killed

Would like to see the edited out piece or do you agree that it should remain cut?

Well... The little girl was grabbed and carried off by scarecrows in "Human Nature" around the same time Madeline McCann disappeared. I was surprised that passed by with nobody noticing or complaining.
Suppose this edit is more er... on the nose?

I struggled through the days of Bugs being re-scheduled because the IRA had just blown something else up.

I get why they've done it, but I'm going to be watching the episode for the abrupt cut!

The upshot is if people complain about the abrupt cut you can tell them why it was cut
