I don't mind the 3rd Doc being rude - I rather enjoy it myself!

Pertwee's rude bits are the best. I love the bit in "Dinosaurs" where he ignores Grover until he realises he likes him, then licks his boots for the rest of the scene.

I usually enjoy his bombastic & slightly cantankerous approach, especially towards authority figures. And it's often overlooked that he usually tempers this with softer, & even abashed moments. But i think Si & Steve have a point where 'The Daemons' is concerned. He's unremittingly obnoxious to almost everyone!

But i think Si & Steve have a point where 'The Daemons' is concerned. He's unremittingly obnoxious to almost everyone!

I never particularly noticed apart from his reaction to the guy in the pub who thinks he's wearing a wig - but I think in those circumstances I'd be obnxious too. I thought he's rather charming with Jo in the opening scenes with the remote control Bessie

But as said before I like his general approach particularly with authority figures also and yes he has many thoughtful and charming moments too!
