Very easily! Unless I've missed something very obvious, two people b*tching at eachother over what a lousy life they have together, and how even Ebenezer Wallis looks forward to Christmas more than they do doesn't seem all that festive to me. Shakin' Stevens' record may be tacky...

I must admit to not having listened to the song very often, given my previous views of the song, so I'll have to make a point of listening it again.

I could have been someone
Well so could anyone
You took my dreams from me
When I first found you
I kept them with me babe
I put them with my own
Cant make it all alone
Ive built my dreams around you

I have to admit that I've never really sat down and listened to all the lyrics - I like it because it's a catchy tune Although I'm not sure how to interpret those lyrics anyway - doesn't sound very pleasant to me!

Ah, now this part of the song - I've normally switched off by this part anyway, so... Ta though Paul, I do recognise the first two lines I must say. I think Kirsty's double tracked on the second line if it's the part I'm thinking of. I think I now see what Simon's getting at.
