The Eric Pringle one is going to be short.

I suspect they could only afford either Sherwin or Saville and, as with forty years ago, they got here on "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" with Derek.

Oh yes, radio DJ John Peel, he did a few Daleky tales (not to mention the first ever NA of course). And I suppose, of course, the PipNJane gestalt knocked out a few.

Philip Hinchcliffe did a good couple, as did David Fisher of course... and Donald Cotton, though he's no longer with us sadly.

Pip and Jane did a few!

Where were the sock puppets on the DVD? We might have missed that!

Oh I didn't know that! I'm sure he refers to her as his wife in the present tense in one extra!

Jane Sherwin was pretty fit back in 1969. Not so much now.

Not forgetting Gerry Davis- could be a handy one to bulk out 'Revenge of the Cybermen', particularly as he tinkered with Cyber-continuity to make a set of stories more consistent than that originally were.

Yes, that'd be a good one - as well as his Cybertales, he did The Highlanders which was lovely, and Toymaker, which... wasn't (although I think the general consensus is that he didn't do much of the writing on that one, isn't it).

At the time of filming yes, but now they're definitely not together- they refer to that in the commentary (which is rather good- nothing startling on it, but it's rather friendly and chatty).

We have yet to find the sock puppets too.

This is how to get the sock puppets:

The sock puppets are on Disc 2. Go to the Subtitles menu, and press right from the lower option.

    Did that help?

    Thanks we've just watched it.

It was so awful I can't even be bothered to think of words to describe it.

    Maybe that's just me though.

The copy I ordered from Play turned up today- nothing on it to indicate any reason why it might have been floating around for nearly three weeks, but there you have it. Right, let's see how quickly I can sell it on...
