A couple of my favourite lines are from Terror of The Autons
"I am usually referred to as the Master...universally"
and
"Why you insolent primitive"
'Steed is one of my most valuable subjects he's too valuable to lose'

Has anyone mentioned the 9th Doctor's speech to Rose in the episode of the same name about the Earth spinning? I'm sure it caused debate of its scientific accuracy, or rather lack of, online but I thought it was a good Doctorish moment in the relaunch episode.
The 1st Doctor had lots of great quotes, such as "I'm a citizen of the universe - and a gentleman to boot!" and I particularly like right at the end of the first season "Our destiny is in the stars, so let's go and search for it".

"These are old man's hands. How did that happen?"
I know it has its detractors, but the scene where the policeman dies in "Blink" is lovely.

It's not supposed to be poetry, it's an in-joke back to when they first met.
