My own theory ... with acknowledgements to MacGonnagle and Seus ...

Every Who incarnation liked the Earth quite a lot
But old Davros who lived in a bunker on Skaro did not!

Old Davros hated Earth! From it’s customs to seasons!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.

It could be, perhaps, that his obsession with might
It could be his head wasn't screwed on just right.

But I think that the most likely reason of all
May have been that his cybernetic heart was too small.

But, whatever the reason, what every human now rue
He looked down on Earth, hating the Whos,

So one he built up an army all cloned from his cells,
And put each one in poly carbonite shells

Then he stole planet Earth to a place he had made,
His hidden base cloaked in the Medusa Cascade

Then on Earth he unleashed his whole family of hate,
They came shooting ray guns screaming Ex-ter-min-ate

But the people of Earth though right deep in it,
They just didn’t know how to give in and quit

The Daleks might well be the Masters of Earth,
But some humans fought back for all they were worth

There was Rose, there was Martha, Sarah Jane and young Luke
And the members of Torchwood who didn’t get nuked

So they all had a plan, to all phone the great Who
As if he came back he’d know just what to do

With phones all a-bleeping, they all made a call
They spammed up the Doctor, who soon found them all

Davros cackled “he’s found me, the arrogant twit”,
”Soon I’ll get my revenge, oh yes every last bit”

The Doctor not caring he ran to meet Rose,
But got shot down halfway as everyone knows

And what happened then? Well, in Whodom they say
That Davros's heart grew three sizes that day!

And now that his heart didn't feel quite so tight,
He knew all this hatred and killing’s not right

So he temporal shifted to save his old foe
Just why he did it, nobody quite knows

But now poor old Davros it’s awfully sad,
Just like Caan has gone bonkers and terribly mad

But the temporal shift it sent out such tremors
The events of that day, no body remembers!

The Doctor, Rose, Donna & Jack all merge together in the TARDIS thus extending the Doctor's life to infinite regenerations & with this told to the Daleks & Davros (that effectively the Doctor can't die) they all scoot away, terribly fast.

I've had another think about it, and I think the series will not end with the Doctor regenerating, Earth being destroyed, or any companions dying. Am I right?
