That's sad news. She was 78 apparently.
Other than Paradise Towers I only ever knew her as The Fat Lady in Harry Potter & the Philosopher's Stone.
R.I.P Elizabeth.

Oh no
I loved her as Swiss Toni's mother in his spin-off series.

I read it as Elisabeth Sladen at first and nearly had a heart attack!
Still, sad news.

Sad news.
I remember her as the grandmother in Shine On Harvey Moon in the early 80's.

Shame on Larry for voting down "Paradise Towers" in Last Sylv Standing.
ON THIS OF ALL DAYS!

Aww, that's sad. Bizarrely I was thinking of her, or rather Shine On Harvey Moon in general (I'm not sure why) just this morning.
Rest in peace.

How sad
I remember her in 'Simon and the witch', at least I think it was her.

This is really sad news. She was always good value in whatever she was in. Wasn't she signed up to play Chesene in "The Two Doctors" at one point?
Yes it was her in "Simon and The Witch" along with Joan "Trial" Sims as the posh lady and Janet "Fenric" Henfrey as Tombola the Witch's sister. Along with a young Nicola "Dimensions in Time" Stapleton. Why is this not on DVD yet?
