My download speed varies depending which site I download from.

Slowest can be 200ish kbs & the fastest has been 950ish kbs.

I've been used to 110kb/s maximum download speed, so you can understand why I'm pleased.

Next to my PC, I have a candleholder without a candlestick. Underneath it is a large pile of CDs, which is just touching the base of the candleholder. If I move anything on this desk, it will ALL fall down the stairs.

Sounds like "Harry, I'm standing on a landmine" to me.

It's funnier if you say MGMT as if it's a word.

You have no idea how appropriate that is to my current situation...

I can hear a throbing hum but I can't identify where it's coming from?

I can't help but think there must be a rude answer to that, Tim. Quite possibly, only a rude answer.

Napoleon Dynamite: [referring to Deb's milk] I see you're drinking 1%. Is that 'cause you think you're fat? 'Cause you're not. You could be drinking whole if you wanted to.

I love that Norton Finance advert where all the people are jumping over hurdles with signs like "No equity" on them. Everyone manages it but the old guy (he doesn't even look that that old) runs very slowly past two hurdles.

Oh, and just seen something about a Dalek on Five's 'The Hotel Inspectors' tomorrow night @ 9am. Wayne will be setting the recorder as I speak I'm sure.

Replace random with 'unfunny' and you're right.

    New topic!

I like Topic bars. How come you never see them any more, except in "Celebrations" tins?
