Enjoying the love for Paddy Kingsland, I've always been a big fan of those scores - and I know what you mean about Logopolis Ant, I often find myself humming bits of that (and Mawdryn for that matter).

Mind you, I'm quite a fan of Keff's stuff, at least in season 24 where his style fits the show very well. It's not quite such a good fit in season 25, but isn't bad, it just doesn't really suit season 26 where they were really trying to push the 'darker, more mysterious Doctor' - whatever praise you might heap on Keff's music, dark & mysterious it ain't!

(Did Paddy K do Frontios as well, that's a rather good score too I think?)

And it really is terribly good too. I especially like the peice of music over the opening scene.

I seem to have bought the 11 CD set from Silva Screen today. I am unrepetant! It'll worth it for all the lovely Dudley Simpson stuff you can't get elsewhere.

I didn't buy the silly TARDIS box version though. I would have done if they didn't do the slightly cheaper version at the last minute.

Now you've got me thinking. I tried to purchase the TARDIS version on Friday, but apparently you need to have money in your bank account first - who'd have thought it!
So I'll be waiting until pay day - which thankfully is still within the pre-order window.
I did think about getting the non-TARDIS version, but ever since I didn't purchase the only square CD ever made (of 'Variations on a Theme') all those years ago, as I didn't think my Mum and Dad's CD player would be able to cope with it (it barely coped with circular CDs) I've always regretted not gettings things that I like that are limited editions.
Therefore, I'm currently planning on getting the silly TARDIS set....at least I think I am....now you've gone and got me all confused!!!! It is pricey but it's got a flashing light, sounds and ........everything!

That's just the left-wing fascist propaganda media platform that Nigel Farage is standing upon lecturing to everyone about how immigration is letting down the country.

If I ever have that problem, I get The Lads to find some cash for me. Also if I'm bored...

I was lucky enough to be paid today and I've only gone and ordered the silly TARDIS version of the 11 CD set. Ok so the kids might have to wear no shoes to school for a couple of weeks but it will be worth it............I hope!

When they start to moan, just turn up The Sea Devils suite and they'll soon shut up!

There's only one small problem with that otherwise excellent suggestion Si - I'm not sure I want to hear that particular score at a very high volume; I don't think my mind will be able to take it!

Save The Sea Devils for in case we're invaded. If it doesn't see them off at least the end will be quick...

    Certainly is!

They're doing a concert of Sci-Fi music in December. Anyone fancy coming along?
