A couple of days late, but watched 'Page Eight' the other night starring Bill Nighy and Michael Gambon.

Also saw 'Silent Witness' directed by Keith 'Don't mention the sofa' Boak.

The New Avengers episode I watched on YouTube last night ("Target !") was awash with DW stars and was written by Dennis Spooner

It's a great episode! It's the 1% that kills you!

Eric Roberts (remember him?) popped up in an episode of Bones' spin-off The Finder yesterday, as a sort of 'king of the gypsies' Godfather figure.

And David Collings is currently all vicar-ed up in the Joan Hickson version of "A Murder is Announced" on alibi at the moment. I haven't seen her yet, but from memory Joan Sims is in it too.

Oh yeah, he's that guy that's famous for being Julia's brother and Emma's Dad...

I can only assume Alibi is having some sort of Bank Holiday 'Who Actors As Clergy' weekend, as today we saw part of Joan Hickson's Nemesis, featuring Peter Copley as a bishop of some sort.

John Horsley was in it too, although admittedly he's not been in Who, I just like his Doc Morrissey!!

We finally watched part 1 of the History Channel's Hatfield's& McCoy's miniseries that starred Kevin Costner and Bill Paxton amongst others last weekend. Mare Winningham, who played played the Tea Party leader("Dead is Dead") in Miracle Day plays Randall McCoy's wife Sally. I knew I recognized her from something Doctor Who related but I had to look her up to put my finger on it.

Neville Barber (Juno Baker's husband Howard in "K9 and Company") just approached Ria as Man In Park in the final scene of the third series of "Butterflies".

    Wouldn't we all approach Ria?

I had a dream once where Wendy Craig moved into my house and did all my cleaning for me. That was nice.

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

A real geeky one today - in the Avengers episode The Winged Avenger (full of DW stars anyway), the cartoon strip images were draw by Frank Bellamy.

Frank Bellamy is well worth spotting!

Secret Army is overloaded with Who stars, from Anthony Ainley to Clifford Rose, Christopher Neame and many others that I'm sure Si Hart would be able to tell you about! There's Ron Pember too, one of those people for whom it's hard to believe that they were never in Who.
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

He was indeed, though i was told this morning that didn't count!

I spotted Peter Jefffrey in The Avengers episode, The Joker at lunchtime.

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

Take it up with Mr McCow- he was the one who decided, not me!
