She doesn't have Crime Traveller on DVD though which is a pity really as she is building up an archive of her work for her Grandchild.
She does now because someone gave her a free copy before the day was out!

Tamm got a bit confused and at one point I think she thought there were three of us in some kind of bizarre time-sharing type relationship full of Simon's. I put her straight though. At length.

The outpouring of love for Mary warms my heart... but I'm afraid she'll have to wait for another day.

Today's guest is another star who only appeared once in the show, in a dashing and swashbuckling role. Another star who's very proud of his association of the show and is a true gentleman, famed for his selling skills....

    Paul Lavers

What a lovely chap he was. Again, he seemed to have enjoyed his time in The Androids of Tara and claims it was one of his best jobs ever- even better than his time selling sh**e on QVC! He was an old pro handing out publicity cards to anyone who wanted them and chatting away to anyone who queued up to meet him!

Ooh, controversial - does that pose actually qualify for being an official Camping It Up photo??

Well, there was always room for a few exceptions- and it's difficult to stand back to back with a table in the way!

No-one had a table in the way with any of my guests. I was most emphatic about that.

Quite right too. There wasn't a great deal of room next to Mr Lavers anyway- he was surrounded by guests and Pip!

I'm sensing there's a need for some glamorous lady action in this thread, so here we go.

This delightful lady was attending her first ever Doctor Who convention. And like the others threw herself into wholeheartedly. Telling stories of finding her family in Wales while filming The Pirate Planet, how the Blake's 7 production team had to alter her figure hugging costume because she was pregnant at the time... it is of course, Mula herself, the marvellous:

    Primi Townsend

And you know what, she nearly out glammed the Queen of Glam herself...Effortless is the word and doesn't she look great? Right down to the Louise Jameson-esque pendent!

Some Camping It Up stars just get what you want them to do straight away as soon as you mention back to back- arms are crossed and a great expression is... ermmm... expressed. Here's a perfect example. One of the first Camping It Ups with someone in the new series as well as the old...

    David Warwick

    Didn't he do well?
David Warwick was splendid. Full of tales of The Pirate Planet and how he and Primi worked to get the relationship between their characters shown on screen with little touches and gestures, how he'd been at drama schoool with Ms Tamm and Ms Jameson and his days on Reggie Perrin. Lovely man!

Join us tomorrow for more of the same, only with a different guest!
