New Doctor a woman!?
After a conversation between Jonno & I the following question was raised...
IF the new Doctor was to be a woman, which actress would you like to see in the role?
Lalla Ward?
Denise Van Outen?
Amanda Holden?
Come on, lets dream.
I thought I'd start this thread before Mike thinks of it.

Well Catherine Tate played the Doctor in the finale! I can't think of anyone better.
The Doctor really needs to be played by someone who can act. Which rules out Freema Agyeman.
It'll probably end up being someone like Fearne Cotton!

Some serious names I think could pull this off.
Hermione Norris
Anna Chancellor
Helen Baxendale
She'd be absolutely great ... Helena Bonham-Carter

Well if we're talking fantasy, then let's go hog wild!
She wants to play Wonder Woman so I reckon we should give the role to Beyonce Knowles!
A woman.
An American.
And black!

Well if it's just about ticking minority boxes, she'll have to be a one legged lesbian as well.

The problem with a female Doctor is every time she got really mad and angry, you'd just put it down to PMT.
