    OK - what's the best way to transfer largish ( less than 1gb) files over the internet without having to send DVDs through the post?

    Let's say you have a bunch of WAV files you want to get from computer A in Chopbridgeworth to computer B in Cracknell. How could you do it without paying money?
    Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

    Never used it so I can't vouch, but I think it may work for you.

    Sendspace lets you send 300mb files with a free account.
