    I doubt there'd have been time for Torchwood to have been inspired by Kylie...her show only launched a few weeks ago, more or less the same time as the Cyberwoman episode was aired.

    Kylie's long term stylist Will Baker is an out and proud Doctor Who fan. There's a sweet photo of him and a bemused Kylie stood next to a police box in Glasgow in her "La La La" book. One of the acts of her Fever Tour which featured the "Raston" outfits was called "Silva Nemesis" and a clip from the Five Doctors was included in the documentary on the DVD release. There's been a few other Who inspired things but these Cyberdancers are the most blatant!

    Also the small matter of the music pumping out from a small nearby speaker while I waited for Kylie to come on the first time I went to see her... namely the Orbital remix of the Doctor Who theme!

    Good job it was a Cyberman clip used at the show and not one of the Daleks, or the Nation estate would be sueing the hotpants off the lovable pop starlet. No-one gives a ("crying duck") when someone uses the Cybermen though.
