TCUE was a hilarious book, as per its more serious cousin "The Discontinuity Guide", and once again had me rolling about with mirth.

By contrast, The Book Of Lists wasn't as funny as it wanted to be. I haven't read the other two.

Neither have I. I preferred The Book Of Lists to the Encyclopaedia, because the latter's humour didn't work for me, and BOL was a more interesting reference work.

I went with the Book of Lists as well for similar reasons to Stuart.

I went for The Target Book because it has the best cover!

Encyclopedia for me - always makes me laugh.

I've not read any of the other three mind you, so it was an easy choice either way!

I've only got CUE and the Lists from here - I'll go for the former as it's less dry than the latter. I must get that Target book one day though as that will appeal.
