    Default The Cookie Thread

I love cookies with a passion. Sometimes I think I love them too much.

I'm a chocolate chip / double chocolate chip cookie man, btw, so the below applies to that type...

Morrisons for me are underbaked and too soft and doughy, and Waittrose can be nice though sometimes not chocolate-y enough...Sainsburies normal double chocolate chip cookies are lovely, but occasionally too brittle, but there Taste the Difference luxury Double Chocolate Chip are a thing of rare beauty...

Oddly enough Greggs' can just melt in your mouth, but have a lovely texture and are just gorgeous...But Safeways tend to be rubbish (unless they've changed them in the last year or so). And the best cookie I ever had was from a once local bakery which has alas now closed down...So Sainsburies' luxury double chocolate chip cookies win it overall for me!

Anywaaaaay, what's your favourite type? And where do you get it from?

I'm no expert, but as yet I haven't encountered any cookies I didn't like. Alex's thread has got my mouth watering though, I shall have to go and raid the choccie pile!

I used to like Maryland cookies. Not had those for ages.

I find those Millies ones to be very sickly. I can eat one and then I'm done. Actually, I remember going half with Ant on a big bag of those, and I never saw them again! Cheeky scamp.

I thought this thread was going to explain why I keep getting logged out of PS every couple of minutes, whether I close the browser window or not...

Try an orange or some cherries
Try a melon or some berries
    'Cause......
A cookie is a sometime food

But an apple is an any time food
Yes a banana is an any time food
Yes, a fruit is an any time food!
