The Programme Guide proved indispensible for many years, so Im voting for that. The File and Cybermen were entertaining in their own way however, but Making Of was rather lightweight, even for the target audience.

I've gone for Cybermen. Great book with some great memories.

I love the Programme Guide... but 'my' version is the classic 1981 one, so I'm not voting for that new-fangled one!! Cybermen deserves to win, and almost certainly will, so I'm voting for the Dr Who File, because it was at least something a little different and has some nice little specially-penned pieces amongst the 'archive' stuff. The Bob Holmes piece still makes me laugh.

I had to toss a coin to choose between The Programme Guide and Cybermen, the guide won! ;-)

I tried, but I found I had to vote for the Cybermen book. In terms of text content, it doesn't score that much over some of the other books here, but the illustrations lift it into a different league altogether.
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

I've only got Cybermen and the Prog Guide - of those two, I've delved into the Guide more often, so that gets my vote.

Blimey, i've actually got a couple of these, & am very familiar with another.
All worthy entries, but i've voted for 'Cybermen'.
