Nah, the second cover is dull and in my collection. I always wanted this one - and indeed remember it from when I first read it.

Great to see Green Death Target Audio is coming out.
Apart from the PS stuff, the Target Audiobooks are the only audios i'm really interested in anymore. I've previously done The Cave Monsters, The Doomsday Weapon, & The Dinosaur Invasion, & Brain of Morbius.
Still got Giant Robot, Auton Invasion, Daemons & Pyramids of Mars to do. And a couple of Hartnell ones (Daleks & Zarbi) which keep getting pushed to the back of queue.

I started The Auton Invasion last night. Caroline John's accents are always entertaining.

I see David Troughton is going to be reading The Abominable Snowmen novelisation for the audiobooks range early next year. That should be interesting.

I love Jingo Linx's Harry Enfield-esque pose: "Eh, eh, calm down!"
And the cover for The Krotons is rather lovely, although it does make the story look more lavish and expensive than it actually is!!

The Krotons cover is brilliant! One of the finest.
The Time Warrior is just what you'd expect.
The Green Death reading by Katy is really rather fab I can reveal. Against all the odds!

I can understand audio books of existing stories, but why keep issuing soundtracks of stories like Krotons when all the episodes exist??
-

Because people buy them
Plus, there's a market for people who listen to them on car journeys; not to mention blind fans who can't watch them...Your people? Your people??? They are MY people now!

Fair enough.
I suppose there must be a market for them otherwise they wouldn't release them!

You can tell you're a fan when your first thought on seeing the Krotons cover is that having both Krotons firing at the TARDIS isn't an entirely innaccurate portrayal of a certain scene. Off to the Online Absurdity thread with me!

Another Target audiobook on the way - Ralph and Wayne will be pleased...
The Mind of Evil

Are you sure that's a Target audiobook? The RRP of £13.99 would put it more in line with the narrated soundtracks...
