Although tantalisingly they say "Nothing has benn finalised yet!"
Mind you, 11 Docs in 15 mins would seem a little rushed.A pot of coffee, 12 jammie dodgers and a fez...

I really can't see Moffatt allowing Smith to be revealed for the first time in a charity sketch. Besides, Tennant is still in the show up until Christmas/new year and no regen would have taken place. That's not to say that he couldn't be meeting his future self though but I doubt this is going to happen.
Besides, I can't see Eccleston coming back to the role.I’m being extremely clever up here and there’s no one to stand around looking impressed! What’s the point in having you all?

Like Duncan I'd have thought that it is unlikely we'll see Matt Smith in action before the regeneration. I mean tlak about ruining the surprise and all that.

... that said, IF they did do something like this, a sketch featuring clips of all the Doctors (in some kind of "mind link up", where the Doctor gets advice from his previous incarnations via distorted time messages appearing as holograms in the TARDIS) they could run through all the incarnations, then at the end, to solve the final problem and free the ship, the Doctor says "Wait! It's... some help from the future! One of my future selves!". Then a wavy but recognisable face appears and whispers "Use the gravitic anomaliser Doctor!" before blinking out of existence.
That would serve as a teaser for what's to come, without spoiling anything.

Are you sure that there are 11 Doctors? I counted them up and I make it about a dozen.
Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

Interesting idea but I can't see it working very well
