I think i created a new cocktail tonight - Vodka, Tia Maria and Coke - anyone know of this already? If not, Pip and i decided to name it The Cockney B***h!

Is that not a Black Russian? Its quite a well known one i believe. Replace the coke with milk and you have a White Russian.

A white russian is made up of Kaluha (coffee liquour), vodka and milk/cream, though.

Tia Maria works as a sort of cheaper alternative to kaluha though, seeing as it is also a coffee liquour!

I love a White Russian too, all jokes encouraged.

I'm feeling hungry. It's the only problem with being on a diet, about an hour to and hour and a half after I've had my dinner I start to get peckish again.

I used to find that fruit flavoured teas helped because you con yourself into thinking that you're having something nice and sweet but it's basically water infused with leaves. Also helped kill my need for something sweet after meals.
