I hope Andrew feels better soon and that the toilet is unblocked now.
I'm having a lovely quiet, not much talking to people day at work today, which after all the training I did last week is very nice indeed.

Andrew has been asleep all day and the plumber has just arrived!!!
and the plumber has just left, he doesn't have a replacement cistern, and even tho I called at 9am he has only just bothered to turn up, he told me it's too big a job to start now since he finishes work at 4.30

I'm feeling hungry. It's the only problem with being on a diet, about an hour to and hour and a half after I've had my dinner I start to get peckish again.

I used to find that fruit flavoured teas helped because you con yourself into thinking that you're having something nice and sweet but it's basically water infused with leaves. Also helped kill my need for something sweet after meals.
