Did anyone see the cover of the Daily Express on Wednesday? It's headline was "Council Tax Rises 85%". It's clearly implying a future rise, which obviously would be scandalous. Only when you delve into the story do you discover that this apparent revelation refers to a rise over a period of historical time, in actual fact 10 years.
I hate the Daily Express and wouldn't buy it if it was the only form of paper type substance left in the whole world. Even if I really needed a poo.
