Someone wondered yesterday if this is the first time a poster has been in the PS banner! He could be right! It's history in the making.

Wasn't Paul in the banner of the old PS last year for Protii?

    Si xx

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

There were posters in a banner on the old site were there not?

I was in the banner for Protii. That why I'm not as excited as Dave. I'm a seasoned pro.

I love the banner! Pip should patent his trademark swirls. An animated gif version would be great!

Oh yes, it stands out nicely.

What a great banner! Paul looks rather Pertwee-esque in an odd sort of way... and he's holding a hat! Excellent choice sir...

I put in a thread elsewhere that Paul's right out of Spearhead!

    and he's holding a hat!
Note: Holding a hat, not wearing it!

And I think I have a very Pertwee nose!

Cheers Wayne - I've been using the imagery from the front pages of the Beeb website, but re-arranging/adding bits in to best serve the dimensions of the banner. The font used for the opening titles is bang on too.

Been going through all the banners on my PC from the past five months, and collected the majority of them together...

And here's a rarity - an early design for the PS website, you can see some of the ideas behind the PS you know and love today...

Nice new colour scheme. But the 'Forum Jump' at the bottom of the page has very indistinct lettering of the forums.

A particularly well designed one today - fairly straightforward but very effective and eyecatching! Time to start sending a portfolio of your stuff to the likes of 2 Entertain or BBC Books or whoever.

You may wish to modify the Sunday repeat to BBC3 though, in case it catches anyone out!

Ooh, cheers for that Jonno, didn't spot that mistake.

    And thanks for the compliment
