No? not even Churchill, Mandela or edible warlord Atilla the Bun?
Fair enough, another question. Who was the first celebrity you fancied? (Suzi Quatro in leathers on TOTP for me!)

It was Tim Curry in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Oh My!
Was there ever a portrayal of Sherlock Holmes to better Jeremy Brett's?

Oh, certainly! Basil Rathbone all the way!
Battle of the Vervoid columnists: Andrew Curnow or Si Hunt? For every fail, there is an equal and opposite win.
...Oh, who am I kidding?

Si Hunt! "Eileen" is the first of so many classic moments, I often go back and read 'em again. Ditto the one about his old teacher (sorry I can't remember the name***) and his dog and... Well, and so darned many of them, curse him!!
Sweet & Sour or Pick & Mix?
***Christine Unger - although I notice the link isn't working anymore?

Pick & Mix, every time!
Many an afternoon have I spent on a sugar high, since my local WHSmiths decided to put a pick 'n' mix booth right next to the doors!
Still on the subject of pick & mix, fizzy cola bottles or jelly babies? For every fail, there is an equal and opposite win.
...Oh, who am I kidding?

Aaaahhh, well it would have to be jelly babies. That and well-proportioned women of a certain age.
What's the funniest programme on TV on the moment. Other than Question Time of course...

I am the King of Soups. Bow down before me and TREMBLE !!
Or... its difficult to beat a really good tomato soup, esp. if its homemade with maybe some basil in it, or a touch of chilli. Broccoli and stilton would be a close run second
(The previous question was prompted by my discovering a new soup from Baxters - Aromatic chicken, with Thai spices. I've become a bit addicted !)
What's the most money you've spent on a single item of clothing, and what was it ?Bazinga !

What's your favourite type of food?
(Mine is Italian, I love it.)
-

It would have to be something covering all the food groups, with sufficient minerals, not too spicy (I'm getting old and the chillies are already taking their toll )...
chicken breast stuffed with mozarella, red onion and black pepper, wrapped in parma ham, roasted, and served on herby potatoes, roasted peppers and sweated spinach... yummy.
What show would you rather give up your TV indefinately for rather than have to watch?
edit: missed one, but answer still sorta stands.
