Default Bilis Manger - who/what was he?

I doubt we've seen the last of Bilis Manger.

this thread is for speculation of who/what he might be?

is he an extraterrestrial? or just a human who gained time sensitivity through proximity to the rift?

what do the members of PS think?

He was too bloody camp! His cravat destroyed the series for me.

I think he's going to turn out to be Omega. Or Mrs Farrell.

Bilis was the name of a tropical storm, possibly a connection, it is also a Phillipino word for speed or swiftness (which is why the storm was named that). Manger as in the French word to eat?

A storm who eats swiftly perhaps?

It's an anagram of 'Big Mr Saline' and also, if you start from the letter G, it reads 'gerbil is Man'.

    Hmm, fascinating...

I really liked the character, and they were certain moments where he started to sound very much like the Geoffrey Beevers Master.

I think he's part of RTD's new hetero agenda.

Not because of his manly cravat, but because "Bilis Manger" is an anagram of "Grim Lesbian".
