Default The Great Big Doctor Who Quote Celebration!

Seeing as it's almost anniversary time, I thought it would be nice to celebrate our favourite but lesser-known bits of dialogue from Doctor Who - no "Indomitable" speech necessary!

Here's a fave of mine from Planet of the Spiders:

The Brig: "Extraordinary muscular control. Very fit, that girl."
Always makes me laugh, especially when he says he should adapt her belly dancing for Benton and the others

DOCTOR: You know I've a feeling I'm overlooking the obvious again. Back in two shakes.
For some reason this one always sticks with me. I've never quite understood why.

    Si xx

I've just got my handcuffs and my truncheon and that's enough.

    DOCTOR: Hello! Carmine seepage?
I'm always saying that, it's a very useful quotation indeed.

DOCTOR: Aren't you going to say it's bigger on the inside than on the outside?

BENTON: It's pretty obvious, isn't it?
    Even for Benton!

DOCTOR: There you are, now, see? A Viking Helmet.

STEVEN: Well, I suppose it could be...

DOCTOR: Hm? What? What do you think this is, a space helmet for a cow?
    Great stuff. Just great stuff.

Sorry to lower the tone, but:

    The Five Doctors:

    Not the mind probe
Can I ask if people can include the story the lines are from? I kind of aren't word perfect on most Doctor Who scripts, and like to have the rough context of any scene.

Mine was from Logopolis just before the Doctor goes out of the TARDIS on the Barnet Bypass and sees the Watcher for the first time.

Mine was from The Time Meddler.

Mine was from (of course!) Castrovalva part 1, where the Doctor finds Tegan's lipstick marks on the wall outside the zero room.

    - Cheers, I tend to go "ooh - that's familar" then can't quite place it.

Managed to guess Castrovalva and Time Meddler. But not Logopolis.

You might not recognise this one then, Mike, which is another of my regular favourites (it's from part 3 where the shrunken Doctor is trapped inside his shrunken TARDIS):

DOCTOR: I'm an ignorant old Doctor, and I've made a mistake.

This is a goodie from The Two Doctors:

2nd Doctor: Give a monkey control of its environment, and it will fill the world with bananas!

And you'd be typing along with them!

I'm kind of suspecting the Doctor gets all the good lines ... Wheel in Space:

A wonderful put-down from the Dalek Supreme to Mavic Chen:

You make your incompetence sound like an achievement.

DOCTOR: We must have touched bottom!!
    ADRIC: Touched bottom!!
    And the ultimate cliff hanger.

    ADRIC: It's getting smaller!!

At my age, it would do...

Mike, my quote was from the Three Doctors.

    From Delta And The Bannermen:

You are not the Happy Hearts Holiday Club from Bolton, but are in fact spacemen in fear of an attack by some other spacemen?
