    Yeah - I thought virtual reality headsets were still "the future" ... erm looks like I'm a bit behind.

    Interesting to look through the list though.

    I don't think that the 'Brick Phone' is a different gadget, although a modern phone includes 10,000 other applications it is essentially the same.

    I have never seen an eight-track player or an eight-track cassette. Are they real?
    Pity. I have no understanding of the word. It is not registered in my vocabulary bank. EXTERMINATE!

    They are real. It was a tape that only had one side so it played continuously. The cassettes were chunky things and for some reason you could only really buy country and folk music on them (or maybe that was just my dad)
